We care about how we run our business, the impact we have on the people that work for and with us, but also the difference we can make in our community.
We employ ethical labour practices, actively seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint and look for opportunities to give back through our charity partners.
We want to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility is comprised of two parts: compliance and proactiveness.
Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values.
Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.
At dbfb, our vision is to be recognised as the best service led communications provider, where great people aspire to work and sustainability matters to us all; and our partnership with GreenTheUK aligns with our commitment to creating a greener, sustainable future.
We’re excited to share the news that dbfb has recently formed a partnership with GreenTheUK, a renowned environmental organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and preserving our planet's precious resources.
As part of this collaboration, we’ve planted a total of 1,600 trees from 2022-2024, contributing to the growth of local woodlands and providing numerous benefits for our communities. In addition, we’re also encouraging our customers to get involved with an exciting initiative: for every Google review we receive, we will plant 5 trees.
We will ensure that we don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and the community; we will avoid harming the lives of local people and support diversity and inclusion.
We're proud to join the Good Business Charter for its perfect alignment with our values. The framework, covering employee well-being, fair pay, environmental responsibility, and ethical sourcing, reflects our commitment to responsible business practices.
By participating in the Charter, we showcase our dedication to creating a positive workplace and contributing to a broader movement for ethical conduct. Our membership underscores our ongoing commitment to sustainability, transparency, and social responsibility, reinforcing our belief that business success should be synonymous with a positive impact on the community and the world.
